Our Oregon smoked salmon is prepared from naturally fed ocean-caught wild Pacific salmon.
Each salmon is carefully inspected.Then is hand filleted and closely trimmed to remove excess fat and bones.
Our secret recipe uses only the finest ingredients
and is preferred by Executive Chefs all over the nation
for its wonderful mild flavor. We use the lowest salt level permitted
so you taste only the natural Hardwood flavor of fine smoked salmon.
It is never greasy or fishy.

Our products and facilities are regularly inspected for cleanliness, and are fully HACCP approved and inspected by the U.S.F.D.A., the State of Oregon and the U.S. Department of the Army. You can trust the wholesome goodness of our smoked salmon for the safety and enjoyment of your customers.

Atlantic is our wonderful European style smoked salmon. Made with a mild all NATURAL recipe from the highest grade farm raised Atlantic salmon. Smoked with a blend of hardwoods in the traditional NORWEGIAN cold-smoke style. It has beautiful color, and is as rich and flavorful as it looks.
